66-Days Habit Challenge
starts on
Monday, January 13th, 2025!





With this challenge you will have a plan
of action for the next 66 days by:



*Finding your goal and the habits you want

*Finding out what motivates you

* Identifying supportive resources

*Finding out how to overcome challenges

*Having accountability and support from Coach Kelly and your peers





In this challenge you will learn:



*The benefits of habits

*How long it takes to form a habit

*How to track your habits

*How to become more motivated

* What sabotage is and how it can get in the way of achieving your goals





What do I get with this challenge?



* 1 Habit Chat - This is a 45-60-minute Free Chat to find what your focus will be for this challenge or to talk about your goals, habits, etc.


*Weekly Live Zoom Groups (A total of 10 groups) – Where Coach Kelly will lead you and your peers as you share your successes & challenges, get ideas & support and the accountability you need to keep you on track during your 66-Day Habit Challenge. GROUPS WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM EVERY MONDAY

FROM 7:00 - 8:00PM CST (Central Standard Time = UTC -6)

WEEKLY FOR 10 WEEKS BEGINNING ON MONDAY, January 13th, 2025.


* Course with Weekly Videos & Information to support you during the challenge.


* A New Habit(s) that will support you on your journey of what you want in life!


BONUS - ONE Extra Zoom Group for a total of 11 groups!
