When purchasing a service or product, the client will have the description of what is included before paying.

For Memberships- Each Membership has a variety of membership benefits. The Premier, Elite and Alumni Coaching Plus memberships also include 1 on 1 Coaching. Premier has 2 coaching sessions per month, Elite has 4 coaching sessions a month and Alumni has 1 coaching session a month. Changes in benefits will be shared on this webpage and/or by email before taking effect. Go here for the current list of benefits.
Payments will process automatically on the schedule the client selected at the time of purchase (monthly, bi-annually or yearly). Changes in renewal rates will be shared with the client's email address on file at least 30 days before changes take effect.
For Workshops and Trainings - Workshops and Trainings may be recorded for members of the Make It Happen Club to view within the membership site. These recordings will not be available for sale or be able to be viewed by the public at large. They will only be available for members with an Essential Plus or Coaching Plus membership. Attending a workshop/training that is recorded does not allow you an opportunity to watch the recording unless you are a paid member of the Make It Happen Club. If you do not agree to be recorded when in attendance of a workshop or training, do not continue with your registration/purchase.
For Groups/Classes - Groups and Classes that are held LIVE will NOT be recorded and will not be available to watch at a later date. Expectation is that all information that is shared in groups/classes are confidential.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
There are no partial monthly, bi-annual or yearly refunds, or refunds of any kind on any products/services offered by Kelly Kleckner, LLC. Cancellation for a membership will begin during the next scheduled subscription payment period.
Membership subscriptions can be cancelled by going to www.kellykleckner.com and going to the Member Login, Settings and then to Billing Info. Membership cancellations need to be done at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Allow extra time when cancelling on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday.
For packages or memberships that include coaching sessions:
- All coaching sessions require a minimum 24-hour notice to reschedule. If a 24-hour notice is not given the coaching session will be forfeited. An exception may be made in an emergency.
- Coaching sessions must be used in the month that they are earned or paid for. There are no saving coaching sessions for future months. Exception will be with planned vacations, etc. that is agreed upon in writing between the coach and the client/Member.
Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Kelly Kleckner, LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
No Guarantee
The client acknowledges and agrees that Kelly Kleckner, LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
Agreement/Client Testimonial Release (Only for Packages or Memberships that include 1 on 1 Coaching, the Changing My Habits in 66-Days Challenge and Class series.)
A written coaching agreement and client testimonial release will be sent to the client to sign digitally through Adobe Acrobat after your initial payment and must be returned before the first coaching session or class/group.
By utilizing services with Kelly Kleckner, LLC, purchasing products or subscribing to a Make It Happen Club Membership, you are accepting these terms and conditions in full. Do not purchase or subscribe if you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Kelly Kleckner, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions policy at any time. By continuing to use services or/and subscribe to the Make It Club Membership, you agree to be bound to and abide by all terms and conditions.
Coaching is defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as partnering with clients through a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, nor should it be used as a substitute for counseling, legal, financial, nutritional, or medical services.
